Composed in a language that mixes modality with the classic tonality, this work uses, as a fundamental element of the musical discourse, the melody and the counterpoint in the broadest sense. Rhythmic accompaniments in the form of obstinate and of great simplicity accompany the melodic and counterpoint lines. The role of the different melodic, counterpoint and rhythmic lines is not limited to the exclusive sphere of any of the instruments of formation, but rather it happens through all, which makes each of the instruments more prominent.
